Eugenia told me she'd been a tour guide in the Amazon for 17 years and she's traveled widely herself so she knows what travellers want and is able to deliver. She spent a few hours with me drawing on Galapagos maps, showing me different routes of the various boats and comparing sizes and prices before ringing and securing me a great last minute deal. In Quito I visited many agencies to book a cruise to the Galapagos. The reason why I booked at this office was because of Eugenia (who spoke English very well!) was honest about every aspect. We went through different options and instead of just selling something and promoting randomly, she was honest about the advantages and disadvantages per cruise and itinerary. In the end she got me a great deal and I had such a great time on the Galapagos. Back in Quito I booked 2 more day trips with them to the Quilotoa crater and Cotopaxi vulcano.
